Orange reigned as the top mobile broadband service provider-Customer service poll
Just this month of October, a customer poll piloted by a top online polling service made known that Orange UK gained the top spot in the particular category. This is mainly because of its superb network performance, reliability and extensive coverage.
A commissioned report from YouGov, an online opinion examiner gave the top spot to Orange UK because of its excellent customer service. Orange UK has won over several major mobile providers for its high customer service ratings. This citation is regularly given to companies with outstanding network performance. Also included in the requirements to be named as the most efficient mobile network service provider are as follows: wide network coverage, consistency of service, and service reliability.
Paul Tollet, who is the vice president of Orange Business, admitted that he is really honored to be cited as the best mobile broadband network. This citation is made by Orange’s customers across UK.
He mentioned that Orange has been taking crucial measures to further enhance the quality of their service for both voice and data network. Not only that, Orange is also committed to going the extra mile to provide their customer quality service at a very reasonable price.
The ongoing project is to cater to target goals of the company, which include: 3G/HSDPA network of 2Mbps to be catered to 80% of the entire country and speed of 7.2 Mbps for the top 30 cities in the UK.
Emphasis is also given to the fact that quality should equate to having both good coverage and reliability.
A total of 3138 adults are sampled, with 2073 adults using mobile broadband service. They either use a data card modem stick or dongle. A total of 195 customers in the orange mobile broadband have also been sampled. This fieldwork was done on the 2nd of October and on the 14th of October 2008.
