The weekly British Television series The Gadget Show featuring the latest trends and developments in consumer technology is up on its twelfth season on the UK television Five, formerly channel 5. There are many TV shows riding on a similar technology focus following the success of the Gadget Show. It was initially programmed as a thirty minute show in its first years but was eventually extended to 40 minutes and is now on a full hour inclusive of advertising
Hosted by a variety tech savvy gurus and celebrities, The Gadget Show enjoys a highly entertaining format that presents new technological wonders for the consumers like the latest mobile gadgets, cameras and appliances that has endeared the program to UK audiences for the last 12 years. There’s no sign that it’s ending anytime soon with the spate of new electronic gadgets coming up soon.
